The house is located in Gaitani area of Zakynthos island. The area of house is 173.78 sq m. Standing on a plot of land measuring 1,454.02 sq m. This is less than half of the total building potential. The ground floor of the house consists of: A large lounge with an open fireplace with bi-fold fire screen gates. Within the lounge, there is also a cast iron log burner that use in the winter for greater efficiency. Ceiling fan, two hanging centre light fittings with triple lights, and two matching wall lights. There is a double-glazed window and double-glazed door to the front of the house. The kitchen is accessed through an archway and is fitted with various cupboards and work surfaces. There is also a slim-line Whirlpool dishwasher fitted. The kitchen is divided by a low false wall to form a small breakfast/dining area. There are double-glazed windows to both the front and side of the house. There is a single-glazed conservatory fitted with vertical blinds leading off of the kitchen with doors leading to the rear yard/garden area and the side balcony. From the lounge, there is a corridor with one double-glazed window, the corridor leads to two double bedrooms, one single bedroom (utility room), and a shower room and toilet: The first ground-floor double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a dressing table.
