Kampi 1

The house is traditionally built, two floor, rural architecture, covering 140 sq.m. consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen on the first floor and a loft/studio with bathroom in the second floor. The second floor has an independent entrance. There is a second, independent, auxiliary building of 100 sq.m. that can serve as a guesthouse and storage facility. Next to the kitchen there is a stone built traditional oven – burning with wood. In each floor there is a fireplace. The surrounding property is full of trees, and many olive trees, and is stone-fenced. There are two water tanks of 90 cubic meters. The facility is located on the west part of the island of ZAKYNTHOS, south of the famous Shipwreck Beach overlooking the Ionian Sea.
