If you require any shopping, then please provide us with your list, and we will deliver the items to your home prior to your arrival.
Preparing your home prior to your arrival
This includes turning on electricity & water, external lighting and heating if required, cleaning and mopping floors and balconies, dusting furniture and fittings, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning windows and shutters, turning on the fridge and making up beds.
Equipping your new home
We can equip your home with everything from teaspoons to outdoor furniture. All you need to do is provide us with your budget, shopping list and preferred colour scheme and tastes and we will provide you with a quotation.

Holiday Let
When you have guests…
Spring Clean
If unused during the winter months your property will require a spring clean at the start of the rental season. This will include checking the electricity and water supplies are working, testing electrical appliances, checking light bulbs, checking linen, notifying you of any household items that require replacement, cleaning the interior of the property, balconies, verandas and tidying up the garden.
Basic Welcome Pack
To include water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam, 6 eggs and a bottle of local wine.
If any additional or alternative items are required, just ask.
Changeovers
Changeovers include airing the house, cleaning and mopping floors and balconies, dusting furniture and fittings, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning windows and shutters, turning on the fridge and making up beds.
Laundry
Laundry pick up and delivery service.
Call outs
Our contact details can be left in your property for your guests in case of emergency and it is necessary for your guests to contact us, for example if they are lost, get locked out, have problems with services, appliances etc
