The mansion is a traditional Venetian style landmark. It was stone built in 1824 in the traditional village Volima which is situated in north Zante near the famous “shipwreck” beach. It is recommended for quiet, relaxing, family holidays and can serve as base to explore the breath-taking beaced of North Zante. The mansion has two floors. In the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen together with a dinning room and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds and a living room. Fans are provided in each room although they are unlikely to be needed since stone houses tend to maintain a cool temperature even during the day. The garden has a stone fence that provides privacy to the residents who can relax and sunbathe in there undisturbed. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy a meal or drink and another sitting area with a stone table next to it.
