Description

The house is located in Gaitani area of Zakynthos island. The area of house is 173.78 sq m. Standing on a plot of land measuring 1,454.02 sq m. This is less than half of the total building potential. The ground floor of the house consists of: A large lounge with an open fireplace with bi-fold fire screen gates. Within the lounge, there is also a cast iron log burner that use in the winter for greater efficiency. Ceiling fan, two hanging centre light fittings with triple lights, and two matching wall lights.
